Paul is a trained professional in the hospitality industry. With Food and Beverage Training background, he has helped start, improve, change and manage many establishments through consultancy. Currently the Director of Nairobi Bar School, he has trained many Restaurant and Bar staff in Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Malawi, Tanzania, Southern Sudan and Nigeria. He has a hand in Standards and Procedures in some of the Nairobi's best Fine Dinning and Lounges including The Brew Bistro and Lounge, The Tribe Hotel, Mercury Lounge just to name a few.

Nairobi Bar School is a fully certified training centre by City & Guilds of London; and The World Flair Association.We're also accredited locally by the Kenyan ministry of education.
